Dear Raymond,

Thank you so much for doing such a fabulous job on Tom's birthday party. The food, service and preparation was truly excellent. My life, that evening was no effort and I was able to relax and enjoy the party because of the capable work of you and your staff. You truly worked majic for me that night and I thank you again. I have received many compliments on the food and I hope they will all go to La Cote D'or for dinner. I definately will be in touch with you for the next party.
