Dear Raymond,

I did not intend to wait this long to get a note to you, but it in no way diminishes the degree of my appreciation for the tremendous salt-free meal you prepared for my husband, Greg, last friday night.

Thank you so much for the special preparation and effort you took to create such a fantastic meal. It is discouraging enough that he has a kidney ailment, but the low-sodium diet makes the day-to-day life much more frustrating and less satisfying. he has always loved food and relished the opportunity to enjoy a five meal. I can manage to keep him fed, but i do run out of flavourful ideas. With two small children i cant devote as much time as i would like to cooking creatively for him.

He truely savoured every bite he took in each course of the dinner. It was wonderful to see him so satisfied. It made our anniversary dinner even happier.

Again, great thanks to you for such a lovely meal. We hope to return soon.
